Tenants pay online with a card or mobile money. This capability is planned or depends on an outside service; it is not an enabled integration today.
The connected workflow
- 1.Review the lease invoices and due dates, with arrears calculated as invoice amount less confirmed payments.
- 2.Import a bank CSV or paste a supported payment SMS. Check the proposed match before saving a receipt.
- 3.Investigate unmatched lines and tenant-reported payments; staff confirmation is required before they become real receipts.
Confirm provider availability, access and fees before relying on this capability.
