What we keep. Names, phone numbers and emails of clients, tenants, landlords and enquirers; property, lease and payment records; and sign-in details for staff.

Why. To manage properties, collect rent, pay landlords, keep the accounts and answer enquiries. We do not sell personal information.

Who sees it. Only staff of the agency that holds the record, limited by their role. Landlords and tenants see only their own records in their portal.

Your rights. You can ask the agency for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete what the law doesn't require them to keep.

Website enquiries. Details you send through a property page go only to the agency listing that property.
