Listings. Property details and prices are supplied by the listing agency and may change. Confirm everything with the agency before making decisions.

Accounts. Each agency is responsible for the accuracy of its records, for who it gives access to, and for meeting Estate Agents Council and ZIMRA requirements.

Acceptable use. Don't misuse the enquiry forms, try to access other agencies' data, or interfere with the service.

AI features. AI drafts and summaries are suggestions for staff to check; they are not legal, tax or valuation advice.
