Can I pay in USD or ZiG?
Yes. Invoices, payments and statements show both currencies with the exchange rate used.
As a landlord, is my rent kept separate?
Yes. Rent collected for you is held as client money and is never counted as the agency's income. Your statement shows exactly what was collected, the agreed fee, any repairs and what is paid to you.
How do I report a repair as a tenant?
Sign in to your tenant portal or contact your agent. Every repair is tracked from inspection to completion, with photos.
Can I sign my lease on my phone?
Yes. Your agent sends a secure link; you read and sign it on any phone.
How do I enquire about a property?
Open the property on the Properties page and use the enquiry form. It goes straight to the agent.
Is my data safe?
Each person sees only what their role allows, sign-in can use a second step, and every change is recorded.
