Fee agreement version
The terms that applied during a specific rent period.
A fee agreement version preserves the management-fee basis and rate for a defined period. If a rate changes, historical statements should continue to use the version that applied to that rent period.
The fee basis may differ by contract: rent billed and rent collected are not interchangeable. Check the signed terms before approving a settlement.
PropertyFlow uses versioned agreements to prevent today’s rate being applied retrospectively.
